The Spinalto VIP grid: how cashback and rakeback stack from Neon Pass to Apex Glow
Spinalto's loyalty club is a grid of five tiers. Each tier has five steps, so there are 25 in all. Two returns grow as you climb. Cashback returns a slice of net losses. Rakeback returns a slice of turnover. They start at different heights.
Tier by tier
- Neon Pass: no cashback, no rakeback. Free spins on steps 2–5: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25.
- Club Grid: cashback 5%, still no rakeback. Free spins on steps 2–5: 30 / 40 / 50 / 100.
- Volt Class: cashback 5–7%. Rakeback opens at 2% on step 1 and tops out at 6%. Step 1 pays €100.
- Noir Elite: cashback 8–10%, rakeback 6–8%. Step 1 pays €500.
- Apex Glow: cashback 11–15%, rakeback 8–10%. Step 1 pays €1,000, step 5 pays €2,500.
How the two returns combine
Up to Club Grid only cashback works. From Volt Class both run side by side. Rakeback is tied to what you stake. Cashback only pays when you have lost. At the top of Apex Glow the level table shows 15% and 10%. The promo card itself quotes rakeback up to 5%, so your account page is the place to confirm your real rate.
Per the VIP page, cashback is paid as real money without any conditions.
Skipping the climb
- Instant VIP: a single €1,000+ top-up, or €2,000 across the last 30 days. Perks hold while you stay active.
- Status match: show a screenshot of a VIP level held elsewhere, in chat or by mail. Spinalto sets the result.
Weekly races
Races run beside the grid with their own prize pools. The lineup on October 29, 2026:
- Weekly Slot Race: 1,030 FS.
- VIP Weekly Race: €450 + 500 FS.
- Halloween Tournament: €2,600 + 250 FS, about two days left at the time of checking.
Keep the climb in proportion
Tiers reward volume. Returns of a few percent never turn a losing run into a winning one. Set your budget first and let the tier follow it, not the other way round.
